Soft leavened dough without raisins, citron and candied orange. Stuffed with coffee cream scented with spices and chocolate drops.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (15,30%), yolks of fresh pasteurized eggs (12,60%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, freeze-dried barley, soluble and ground coffee (0,55%), sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla berries from Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.
Filling: chocolate (15,50%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), coffee custard (glucose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, skimmed powdered milk, fresh butter, egg yolks, alcoholic coffee flavor (1,50%), "Concerto d'erbe" liqueur, stabilizer: pectin).
Coating: chocolate, coffee custard, spices (0.30%) (cinnamon, cloves, Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla).
May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, lupine and sesame.
