Naturally leavened artisan baked product.
Soft leavened dough without raisins, orange and candied citron. Stuffed with limoncello cream and peels of I.G.P. Amalfi Coast Lemon.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (12,70%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,75%), water, Italian white cane sugar, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla pods from Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Filling: Limoncello custard (27,50%) (glucose syrup, water, sifted sugar, dextrose, skimmed powdered milk, Limoncello alcoholic food flavouring (1,25%), egg yolk, pectin), candied Costa d'Amalfi Lemon peels I. G.P. candied (we use 900 g of "Limone Costa d'Amalfi" I.G.P. for every Kg of finished product) (peels of Lemon Costa d'Amalfi I.G.P., sifted sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon essential oil.
Coating: white chocolate and lemon chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, coloring: carrot extract), Limoncello custard.
May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, lupins and sesame.
Contains gluten, milk, egg and soy.
