Soft leavened dough without raisins, orange and candied citron. Stuffed with Sicilian pistachio cream.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (13,00%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,00%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, powdered vanilla berries from Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.
Filling: Sicilian pistachio cream (16,40%) (glucose syrup, dextrose, fresh cream 32% m.g., sunflower seed oil, 100% pure pistachio paste with "Pistacchio verde di Bronte D.O.P.". (1.12%), sugar, alcoholic food flavor 96° Vol, milk powder, pectin, sea salt, titanium dioxide, citric acid), pistachio chocolate (15.20%) (white chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor; 100% pure pistachio paste; pistachio granules; cocoa butter).
