Ingredients: wheat flour type 00, fresh butter (15,3%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (12,6%), water, Italian white cane sugar, natural yeast (gluten), orange peel and candied mandarin paste (orange peel, mandarin peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla berries from Bourbon and Tahiti islands. 

Filling: diced candied apricots (20,00%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sifted sugar, acidifier: citric acid), white chocolate with almonds (sugar, cocoa butter, almond granules, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor).

Icing: sugar, Italian almonds, egg white, hazelnuts (0,90%), sponge cake powder (wheat flour type 00, egg yolks, potato starch, sugar, baking powder: sodium diphosphate E450i, sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, corn starch), sunflower oil, bitter almonds, corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, cane sugar.

May contain traces of peanuts, soy, lupine and sesame
