Soft leavened dough without raisins, orange and candied citron. Stuffed with cubes of natural candied apricots and covered with hazelnut glaze.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (12.50%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11.00%), water, Italian white cane sugar, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, powdered vanilla beans from Bourbon and Tahiti Islands (0.05%).
Filling: diced candied apricots (20,00%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, screened sugar, acidifier: citric acid), white chocolate with almonds (sugar, cocoa butter, almond granules, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor).
Icing: sugar, Italian almonds, egg white, hazelnuts (0,90%), sponge cake powder (wheat flour type 00, egg yolks, potato starch, sugar, baking powder: sodium diphosphate E450i, sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, corn starch), sunflower oil, bitter almonds, corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, cane sugar.
May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts and sesame.
Contains gluten, milk, hazelnuts, almonds, barley, soy and egg.
